The role
Managing your own caseload of housing disrepair claims from instruction through to settlement or trial.
Working within an established claimant department with paralegal support and a defined supervision structure.
Contributing to process improvement as the team scales its caseload.
What we need to see
- Qualified solicitor, 2–5 years PQE
- Demonstrable claimant housing disrepair caseload experience
- Comfortable working within a case management system
- Right to work in the UK
